my story so far

Hi my name is lisa i live in neath wales,when i started on the 5th jan 2008 i weighed 18st4.5lbs now one year on i have lost 3 st its been hard but if i had stuck to it all the time would have lost more.so proud of myself though to think what i loked like this time last year to now its amazing proves u can do it if u put your mind to it.I do have my off days and boy they are well off days lol but going to meetings helps me so much havent got a lot of self confidence but its getting better.well good luck all thanx for reading xxxxxx
